  1. Mix all Dry Ingredients together and set aside. Mix Egg and Molasses together, add the butter and Brown Sugar and beat until fluffy. Mix dry and wet ingredients and form into a ball. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Roll out the Dough, and cut 4 sides all the same size and 2 Front and Back of House. See Picture for design. The sides must reach the bottom of the roof line.
  3. Bake all pieces for 6 to 8 min at 350 Degrees F. Cool and set aside.
  4. Royal Icing: For the decor icing, beat the Egg Whites, Cream of Tartar and icing sugar until soft peaks form. Set 1/2 aside in a bowl. ( Cover up) Continue beating until the icing forms stiff peaks. Fill an icing bag and pipe all the parts together until a firmness shows ( a few minutes).
  5. Decorate to your hearts content , This recipe makes 4 houses and you can create your own village! Add some doors, make some windows, or even a few Christmas Trees!
