  1. Wrap Potatoes in Tin Foil and cook in oven at 400 F for 1 hour. Cut potatoes in half and mash 1/2 of the potatoes. Meanwhile, broil your chicken and steam your veggies.
  2. Mash the potatoes with 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup milk. Pipe the mashed potato onto it's other half. Mix 1 can of soup with the other 1/2 cup of milk.
  3. Add your toppings, cover with the soup mixture and cheese. finish off with bacon ( optional) Broil in oven for 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream on the side.
Recipe Notes

TIP:  I use leftover meat and veggie for my toppings.  This speeds up the recipe HUGE!
