  1. Cut Apples in slices and mix with cinnamon and sugar, set aside. Cut margarine into flour and add, salt, egg yolk, and milk. Make a ball. Split ball in two and roll onto cookie sheet. ( Use more flour to prevent sticking). Spread Apple Mixture on top. Roll second half of dough and place on top of apples and seal edges. You can use the lattice effect as well. Bake at 350 F . Let cool and serve with an icing glaze, whipped cream and or vanilla icecream!
